Dear hotel guests,
I - Udo Schumacher - am a trained chef and have run a historic inn with German cuisine in Friedeburg for 21 years and cooked there myself.
Here in our Schumacher's Landhaus you can also have dinner in our house on selected days if you wish!
As we are not a public restaurant and only offer this service to hotel guests, pre-ordering is necessary. This way I can shop specifically and make preparations for you.
Normaly it is necessary to order the menü one day before your desired day – on weekends we need your information two days before.
If you decide on half board, you can choose between the following suggestions:
Two starters (soup or cold starter)
Three main courses (fish, meat, vegetarian)
Two desserts (sweet or coffee dessert)
Price: 3 courses € 27.00 per person & day
2 courses € 23.00 per person & day
